We use a specialized grill invented “Eco-Friendly” a ‘Infrared Heat’ nano grill. This grills never make harmless smoke and burn the meat. It holds the juice and fat to make the meat lean & less greasy. Some favorite things to cook on a Nano grill f-2 are thinly sliced beef brisket, Kalbi, pork belly, & vegetables.
